A) Double EMI Deduction

Valid cases: resolution within 3 working days
If eligible, refund processing within 7 days of resolution
Credit reflection depends on bank/payment rails and may take up to 10 days
B) Payment Failure but Amount Debited
If amount is debited but Vedika Credit Capital Ltd does not receive payment, the bank/payment gateway may auto-refund as per their policy. You may also contact Vedika Credit Capital Ltd support for tracking.
Note: All refunds are subject to validation and internal review as per Vedika Credit Capital Ltd policy and applicable RBI guidelines.
16) Changes to Terms
