15) Refund Policy (Digital Payments)

A) Double EMI Deduction

  • Report within 2 days of debit at customer.service@teamvedika.com

  • Valid cases: resolution within 3 working days

  • If eligible, refund processing within 7 days of resolution

  • Credit reflection depends on bank/payment rails and may take up to 10 days

B) Payment Failure but Amount Debited
If amount is debited but Vedika Credit Capital Ltd does not receive payment, the bank/payment gateway may auto-refund as per their policy. You may also contact Vedika Credit Capital Ltd support for tracking.

Note: All refunds are subject to validation and internal review as per Vedika Credit Capital Ltd policy and applicable RBI guidelines.

16) Changes to Terms

Vedika Credit Capital Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and will apply from the date of posting.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction. (Arbitration, if adopted, will be as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.)

Vedika Credit Capital Ltd is committed to fair treatment of customers and transparent grievance handling in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.

To strengthen customer grievance resolution, the Company observes a “Grievance Redressal Day” as per the following:

(If the 5th falls on a holiday, the next working day shall be observed)

Purpose

Any customer who:

  • Resolution will be pursued in a timely and fair manner
